Ghana is our lead market. Cars are cleared through the port of Tema, east of Accra, with Takoradi serving the western corridor towards Kumasi and the mining belt. Our stock is sourced in China and shipped FOB, left-hand drive, by RoRo or container.
Duty and taxes
Ghana Customs (GRA) assesses import duty on the CIF value, then adds VAT and the NHIL/GETFund levies and the ECOWAS levy; used vehicles may also attract an over-age penalty. The exact treatment depends on engine size, age and HS code and is set by GRA, so confirm the current figures with a licensed clearing agent before you order — we give the FOB price and can point you to the landed estimate on WhatsApp.
